Pricing

Pricing is always a factor that both parties must consider when agreeing to work together. We understand you have work that needs to get accomplished, financial targets that must be hit, and budgets that must be managed. At the core of our pricing is our standard rate of $2,500 per day per partner.

The math is simple. For example: two partners for two days = 2 x 2 x $2,500 = $10,000.

When we have longer-term, more involved projects we often will agree to project fees that can represent a significant discount from our standard day rate. Related to this, we are also willing to negotiate success fees based on objectives we establish together and agree to meet.

Regardless of how we end up with a final agreement, we always begin with a no-cost meeting to hear your needs and to share how we can help you achieve your goals. Following the meeting, we will come back to you with a proposal, which we can then modify based on your response, or move full speed ahead with your approval.
