Meet Chuck Hall

With more than 40 years of business experience, Chuck Hall is the "elder statesman" of Spectrum Shift Partners. But don't let the gray hair fool you. Chuck is a heat-seeker for new ideas, new technology and different ways of doing things.

Chuck's corporate years from 1983 to 2007 were focused on communication, marketing and business strategy with a focus on using technology to improve business processes. In the 1980s, Chuck was one of the first writers at Prudential Insurance Company to start using "desktop publishing" to move the team away from typing, typesetting, paste-up boards and traditional printing. At the Society of Financial Service Professionals in the 1990s, Chuck was an early mover on the Internet and was part of the Insurance Industry Information Technology Task Force to explore how the Internet would move business forward. Chuck has remained heavily involved in technology ever since, with a focus on human-computer interaction in organizational effectiveness. He is currently an advisor to an AI startup improving patient interaction and management in healthcare.

Chuck earned a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from Penn State University and a master of science degree in organizational dynamics from The University of Pennsylvania. He is also a certified peer specialist for mental health, and works regularly with others in mental health recovery to improve their lives. Chuck brings an inquisitive and solutions-oriented perspective to his work with clients, while being trauma-informed and epigenetic-aware. He is a member of Atlanta Association for Talent Development (ATD-ATL), the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Georgia Mental Health Consumer Network, (GMHCN), the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), and the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce.
